Just like when you uninstall the Chrome app, open the Trash and hit the Empty button. Then drag everything to the Trash icon or Ctrl-click on the highlighted files and select Move to Trash. Select everything in this folder by pressing Cmd + A. You will be directed to the folder on your Mac where Google Chrome has stored its data. That tilde and forward slash at the front of this text are important, so don’t forget them! Once you’ve entered your text, press the Go button. In the Go to Folder window, type ~ / Library / Application Support / Google / Chrome. You can also access this window with the shortcut Shift + Cmd + G. Then select Go to Folder, which will open a window. To remove the data that Chrome leaves on your Mac after uninstalling it, open a Finder window and click Open the Go drop-down menu. Chrome also consumes battery life, so removing its data from your Mac is quite important. However you get there, a window will appear to clear your browsing data. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Shift + Cmd + Del. Then click More Tools> Clear Browsing Data. To remove your browsing data, open Google Chrome and click the three-dot menu icon.
